The PTO’s Mission at William Winchester Elementary is to create a partnership among the staff and enthusiastic volunteers to provide a productive, positive, and exciting school year for our students!

The PTO plans and executes events for our students and families throughout the year and raises funds to support those events and meet the needs of our students. This is a great opportunity for parents to be involved in their child’s education and social development during their elementary school years.  We’re in this together! The PTA, School Staff and Families are a team … all working to give students the best outcomes possible and memories they’ll treasure.

We need your help to make it happen! We’ll be looking for volunteers throughout the year to help with set-up, break-down, decorations, etc for our events. It’s usually just a couple of hours of time per event.

Whether you can help with one event, all events, or by making a financial contribution to support all we do … we’ll take it!

 

If you volunteer from home, please be sure to complete a Parent Volunteer Form (click here to download the form) and send it in to school so we can account for your time. Thanks!

Volunteer Training
